We are pleased to present the POMS College of Supply Chain Management (CSCM) second conference - held in Austin, TX on May 7-8, 2007 at the University of Texas. The CSCM Conference will immediately follow the annual POMS conference in Dallas.

The conference focused on "Globalization: Sourcing from and Supplying to Emerging Markets." It began on the afternoon of May 7 at Dell with a tour of the production facility, conference dinner, and keynote address from Dell executives. The conference will also feature the College of Supply Chain Management 2007 Best Student Paper Competition.

The conference was completely SOLD OUT with over 150 participants!

The first CSCM conference was organized at Chicago Business School on May 3, 2005. The theme of the conference was Improving Supply Chain Synchronization and Strategy through Industry-Academia Collaboration, and it brought together 120 academics and practitioners.
